1. Submit plans or a BOM: Email, upload to your Crown online account, or stop by the counter. We accept PDFs, CAD files or even a photo/sketch.
2. Scope review & intake: A Project Quotations Coordinator confirms project scope, required reps and quote deadlines.
3. Rep & manufacturer engagement: We contact rep firms, confirm quote due dates and collect competitive pricing and submittal materials.
4. Estimate & alternatives: We deliver a comprehensive quote with alternates, lead-time flags and pricing windows.
5. Project order & PM assignment: After award, a project manager is assigned to handle procurement, phased delivery and closeout documentation.
Typical Turnaround
